This page describes how we handle information today. If anything here conflicts with our full legal terms, the full terms govern.
What the site collects today
Account details when you create an account, order information needed to fulfil purchases, and community content you choose to post. Your cart is stored in your own browser.
Health data
We do not yet collect personal health data. The dashboard shows synthetic sample data only, and lab uploads or manual biomarker entry are not enabled.
When health features open, health data will be stored separately from commerce data, access will be restricted per user, and it will never be sold to advertisers or data brokers.
Community identity
You post under a username. Legal names are never displayed. There is no member-to-member private messaging; private conversation is limited to support and the assistant.
Your controls
You will be able to review, export and delete your data from the account area.

- Withdraw an assistant acknowledgement
- Control marketing email separately from transactional email
