Our standards
The rules we hold ourselves to
These are operating constraints, not marketing copy. If we break one, tell us in the community and we will answer publicly.
Claims and evidence
Any claim about an ingredient is tied to a specific outcome and a specific grade, with rationale and limitations attached. We do not label an ingredient as broadly excellent, and we do not present supplements as treatments for disease.
Verifiable quality
Testing status is stated precisely. A manufacturer's own third-party testing is described as exactly that. Only tests we commissioned and paid for are described as independent verification by us.
Honest reviews
Only authenticated verified purchasers can review a product. We never write, buy, incentivize or generate reviews, and we do not remove negative reviews that follow the community rules.
Uncertainty and causation
When a biomarker changes after you start something, we describe the timing, not the cause. If several things changed at once, we say that plainly instead of implying a single explanation.
Your data
Health data is not sold to advertisers. Real personal health data is not accepted at all until the security architecture for it has been reviewed and approved; until then the dashboard runs on synthetic data.
No fabrication
No invented clinical results, no fake certifications, no claimed partnerships that do not exist, no AI-generated citations. Where we lack data, the page says so.
